Order from the table. No app, no queue.
TapMenu turns a QR code on the table into ordering, payment and loyalty in one flow — nothing to install, and the loyalty points land without anyone asking for a phone number.
Built for
QR ordering & loyalty for hospitality
- Restaurants, bars and cafés with table service
- Venues where queueing at the counter costs you orders
- Operators who want a customer list they actually own
The problem
What this replaces.
“People will not download an app to order one coffee.”
“Our loyalty scheme is a paper card nobody carries.”
“The queue at peak means we lose the second round entirely.”
“We have served thousands of customers and we cannot contact one of them.”
What's inside
4 modules that carry the work.
Scan to order
A web app that behaves like a native one, with nothing to install.
- QR per table, so the order arrives with the table number already attached.
- Menu loads in under a second on a mid-range phone on mobile data.
- Modifiers, allergens and dietary filters on every item.
- Re-order the same round with one tap — the flow most venues actually make money on.
Payment
Pay at the table, split however the table wants to split it.
- Card, UPI and wallet without leaving the ordering flow.
- Split by item or evenly, resolved on the phones rather than at the till.
- Tipping prompt configurable per venue.
- Receipt by email or on-screen — no printer needed.
Loyalty
Points that accrue because they ordered, not because they remembered a card.
- Points attach to the payment method or email at checkout — no separate sign-up step.
- Rewards configured as rules: visit count, spend threshold, or specific items.
- A customer list you own, with consent captured properly at the point of collection.
- Win-back campaigns triggered by absence, not by a manual export.
Fits what you run
It sends orders where your kitchen already looks.
- Runs standalone or feeds an existing POS and kitchen display.
- Pairs natively with RestroOS for one shared menu across both.
- Per-venue branding — your colours, logo and tone, not ours.
- Live order board for staff on a tablet behind the bar.
What changes
The difference on the ground.
No download
the barrier that kills most table ordering
Own the list
customers you can contact again, with consent
Second round
re-order in one tap instead of one queue

Questions we get about TapMenu.
Do customers really not need an app?
No. It is a web app — the QR opens it in the browser they already have. They can add it to their home screen if they want, but nothing requires it.
Does it work with our current POS?
It runs standalone, or pushes orders into an existing POS or kitchen display through an adapter. If you also run RestroOS, they share one menu.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Consent is captured at the point of collection with a record of what was agreed to, so the list is usable for marketing without a compliance problem.
What about tables that want to pay separately?
Each person orders from their own phone against the same table, and pays for what they ordered. A split-evenly option is there for the tables that prefer it.
