Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and — with your consent — support marketing measurement. Similar technologies (pixels, local storage) are covered by this policy as well.

2. How We Use Cookies

Strictly necessary (always on)

  • Cookie consent choice — we store your accept/reject decision in your browser's local storage (decyb-cookie-consent) so we don't ask you on every visit.
  • Authentication — session/refresh tokens used only if you log in to the client portal or admin backoffice.

Analytics & marketing (only with your consent)

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, session duration) that help us improve the website. Set by Google; see Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — manages the loading of analytics tags. GTM itself sets no tracking cookies but loads tools that may.
  • Meta Pixel — measures the effectiveness of our advertising and enables conversion tracking. Set by Meta; see Meta's Privacy Policy.

None of these analytics or marketing tools load until you click "Accept all" in our cookie banner.

3. First-Party Analytics

Independently of cookies, we log basic page-view events to our own server (page path, referrer, hashed IP, UTM parameters). This data is privacy-preserving — IP addresses are one-way hashed, no cross-site profile is built, and the data is never sold or shared. We rely on legitimate interest for this minimal measurement.

4. Managing Your Consent

  • On this site: your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data / local storage in your browser settings and reload — the consent banner will appear again.
  • In your browser: you can block or delete cookies entirely via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary storage may affect portal login functionality.
  • Opt-outs: Google offers a GA opt-out browser add-on; Meta ad preferences can be managed in your Facebook settings.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tooling changes. Updates are posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
