1. Nature of Services
Decyb Technology LLP provides digital/IT services including consulting, development, system architecture, automation, and digital marketing. All services are delivered digitally — there are no physical products to ship.
2. Delivery of Services
- Service delivery begins after successful payment confirmation and order acceptance.
- Deliverables are provided electronically via email, shared drives, code repositories, or other digital means as appropriate for the service.
- Strategy calls and consultations are conducted via video conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom, or similar).
3. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned in each service description or communicated at the time of order.
- Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness in providing required inputs.
- We will communicate proactively if there are any expected delays.
4. Order Status
You can track the status of your order through the Client Portal. Order statuses include:
- Pending — Order placed, awaiting payment confirmation
- Confirmed — Payment received, work will begin shortly
- In Progress — Work is actively being done
- Under Review — Deliverables are ready for your review
- Completed — Service fully delivered
5. Communication
