Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Decyb Technology LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality IT consulting and development services. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services purchased through this website.

2. Cancellation by Client

• Before work begins: If you cancel an order before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
• After work has begun: If work has already started, the refund will be calculated based on the portion of work not yet completed. You will be charged for work already delivered.
• Completed services: No refund is available for services that have been fully delivered and completed.

3. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The requested work falls outside our area of expertise
• The client fails to provide necessary information or access after multiple requests
• The project scope is found to be significantly different from what was agreed

In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any undelivered work.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, contact us via our contact page or email [email protected].
• Include your order ID and reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment source.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Strategy call or consultation fees once the session has been conducted
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting, licenses, ad spend)
• Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted by the client

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
