7. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
