Which navigation app does it use?
It hands off to Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze — whichever the driver already knows. We do not ask drivers to learn a new navigation interface.
How does it handle a failed delivery?
The driver picks a structured reason at the door, captures a photo, and the drop is flagged immediately. It can be re-sequenced onto a later round automatically.
Can it import our orders?
Yes — CSV, an API, or a direct connection to your order system. Addresses are geocoded and flagged if they look ambiguous before the round is planned.
Does tracking share the driver's location publicly?
The customer sees a position and an ETA on their own drop, and only while the round is active. The link expires on completion.
