One system from the tap to the kitchen.
RestroOS runs the counter, the self-order kiosk, the QR menu at the table and the kitchen display off a single menu — so a price change happens once, everywhere.
Built for
Self-order kiosk & restaurant management
- Quick-service restaurants adding a self-order kiosk
- Cafés and cloud kitchens running several channels at once
- Small chains that need one menu across every outlet
The problem
What this replaces.
“The kiosk menu and the counter menu disagree, and the customer is standing there.”
“We raised prices on Monday and three outlets are still on the old ones.”
“Orders arrive in the kitchen on paper, out of order, half of them unreadable.”
“Nobody can tell me what actually sold last Tuesday without exporting four reports.”
What's inside
4 modules that carry the work.
One menu, every channel
Change a price once and the kiosk, counter, QR menu and receipts all agree.
- Items, modifiers, combos and availability defined once and published to every channel.
- Per-outlet overrides for price and availability, without forking the menu.
- Mark an item sold out from any screen and it disappears everywhere within seconds.
- Scheduled menus — breakfast, lunch, late night — switch themselves over.
Self-order kiosk
A checkout flow designed for someone who has never seen it before.
- Large-target, high-contrast interface built for a standing customer in a hurry.
- Upsell and modifier prompts configured per item, not hard-coded.
- Card, UPI and wallet payment on the terminal, with a printed or QR token.
- Attract loop and idle reset so an abandoned order never blocks the next customer.
Kitchen display
Tickets in the order they need cooking, not the order they arrived.
- Orders routed to the right station — grill, fry, drinks, pass.
- Colour-coded ageing so a ticket that is running late is obvious across the room.
- Bump and recall with a physical bump bar or touch.
- Prep-time tracking per item, so the next forecast is based on your kitchen.
Reporting
Sales, item mix and channel performance without exporting anything.
- Sales by hour, item, channel and outlet on one screen.
- Item-mix and modifier attach rates, so you can see what the upsell is actually doing.
- Void and discount log with the staff member attached.
- Daily close summary emailed to whoever needs it.

Questions we get about RestroOS.
Does it replace our existing POS?
It can, or it can sit alongside one. RestroOS owns the menu, the kiosk and the kitchen display; if you have a POS you are contractually tied to, we integrate rather than rip it out.
What happens when the internet drops?
The kiosk and counter keep taking orders against the cached menu and queue them locally. When connectivity returns they sync in order, and the kitchen display catches up.
Can we run more than one outlet?
Yes. Outlets share a master menu and can override price and availability individually. Reporting rolls up across all of them or drills into one.
What hardware do we need?
Any modern touchscreen running a browser, plus a receipt printer and a payment terminal. We will spec it against your floor plan before you buy anything.
