The integration that does not fail silently.
FlowBridge moves records between the systems you already run — and when something fails, it retries, tells you, and keeps the failed record where you can replay it. Not a workflow that quietly stops.
Built for
Integration & workflow automation
- Businesses running five tools that each hold part of the truth
- Teams whose Zapier bill grew faster than its reliability
- Anyone who found out an integration broke three weeks late
The problem
What this replaces.
“Someone copies orders from one system into another every morning.”
“Our automation broke in March and we noticed in April.”
“The two systems disagree and nobody can tell which one is right.”
“Every new integration is another tool with another subscription.”
What's inside
4 modules that carry the work.
Reliable by construction
Things fail. The question is what happens next.
- Automatic retries with backoff on anything transient.
- A dead-letter queue for what cannot be retried — nothing is dropped quietly.
- Replay a failed record after you fix the cause, without re-running the whole sync.
- Idempotent writes, so a retry does not create a duplicate.
You can see it working
Every record that moved, and every one that did not.
- Per-record log — what came in, what was written, where it went.
- Alerting to email or Slack the moment a flow starts failing.
- Throughput and failure-rate dashboard per integration.
- A heartbeat check, so a flow that silently stops is noticed within minutes.
Mapping and rules
Fields that do not match, reconciled once instead of every time.
- Field mapping and transformation between mismatched schemas.
- Conditional routing — records take different paths on their own values.
- Deduplication and conflict rules, so the two systems stop disagreeing.
- Changes tested against real historic records before they go live.
Connects what you run
A new system means one adapter, not a new platform.
- Any REST or webhook-capable system, plus direct database connectors.
- Prebuilt adapters for common CRM, accounting and ecommerce tools.
- Scheduled batch syncs or event-driven, per flow.
- Credentials held in a secret store, never in a flow definition.
What changes
The difference on the ground.
Nothing dropped
failures queue for replay, not oblivion
You are told
alerting the moment a flow starts failing
Per-record log
an answer to "did this actually sync?"

Questions we get about FlowBridge.
How is this different from Zapier or Make?
Those are excellent until volume, cost or error handling becomes the problem. FlowBridge is yours — no per-task pricing, real retry and replay, and integrations you can write against systems those tools do not cover.
What if one of our systems has no API?
We look at scheduled file exchange, database-level access, or a scraper of last resort. We will tell you plainly if an integration is going to be fragile rather than sell it as solid.
Who fixes it when a vendor changes their API?
The adapter changes; the flows do not. Under a support arrangement we handle it — otherwise it is a contained change your own team can make.
Can it handle large volumes?
It runs on a queue with configurable concurrency and rate limits per destination, so it moves as fast as the slowest system allows without overwhelming it.
