Products / Automation
Run every brand's outreach from one engine.
BrandOps generates, schedules and sends campaigns across email and social for as many brands as you operate — with verification, warm-up and mailbox rotation built in, because deliverability is the whole game.
Built for
Multi-brand outreach & content engine
- Agencies running outreach for several clients at once
- Founders operating more than one brand
- Teams whose sending reputation has already been burned once
The problem
What this replaces.
“We run four brands and four separate spreadsheets of who was contacted when.”
“Our domain got burned and now nothing reaches the inbox.”
“Writing sequence variants for every audience eats a whole week.”
“Replies land in five inboxes and two of them go unread for days.”
What's inside
4 modules that carry the work.
Deliverability first
The unglamorous part that decides whether any of it works.
- Address verification gate before anything is sent to a list.
- Mailbox rotation and automatic warm-up ramps on new senders.
- Custom tracking domains, so your links are not on a shared reputation.
- Bounce and complaint thresholds pause a sender automatically, before damage compounds.
Brand kits
Four brands, four voices, one engine — and they never bleed into each other.
- Voice, tone, banned phrases and proof points defined per brand.
- Offers and audience profiles stored per brand and reused across campaigns.
- Sending identities isolated per brand — separate domains, separate reputations.
- A generated draft always reads in that brand's voice, not a generic one.
Campaign generation
A week of variant writing becomes an afternoon of editing.
- Multi-step sequences drafted from a messaging framework you pick.
- Several variants per step for testing, weighted as you choose.
- Nothing sends without human approval — generation drafts, it does not publish.
- Cost of generation shown before you run it, not after.
Replies & reporting
One inbox, and honest numbers about which framework actually works.
- Replies collected into one inbox, classified by intent and sentiment.
- Positive replies routed to a human immediately.
- Attribution by framework, channel and variant — what wins, for which audience.
- Suppression and frequency caps enforced across every brand at once.
What changes
The difference on the ground.
Verified first
no list is sent to before it is checked
Isolated brands
one brand's reputation cannot burn another
Human approval
AI drafts; a person always signs off

Questions we get about BrandOps.
Does this send cold email legally?
It gives you the controls — consent records, suppression lists, one-click unsubscribe, frequency caps and sending-hour rules. What is lawful depends on your jurisdiction and your list, and that responsibility stays with you.
Does AI send messages without me seeing them?
No. Generation produces drafts. A person approves every step before a campaign can go live — that is enforced by the workflow, not by convention.
What about LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is assisted, not automated: it drafts messages into a queue for a human to send. Bot sending gets accounts banned, so we do not build it.
How many brands can it run?
As many as you have sending infrastructure for. Each gets its own kit, domains and reputation; suppression and caps apply across all of them together.
