Decyb Technology operates through two legally independent entities:
- Decyb Technology LLC, registered in California, USA
- Decyb Technology LLP, registered in India
Both entities are governed by their respective laws and do not share legal liabilities.

- Applicable laws of California (USA) and India
If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
2. Independent Legal Entities
Decyb Technology LLC and Decyb Technology LLP operate separately, with independent:
- Contracts
- Billing & invoicing
- Tax systems
- Data processing
- Legal responsibilities
The entity named in your invoice or agreement is the only party legally responsible for delivering your project.
3. Services
We provide:
- Web & mobile app development
- AI & automation solutions
- CRM/ERP systems
- Branding & UI/UX
- SEO & digital marketing
- IT consulting
Service scope will be clearly defined in a written proposal or contract.
4. Payments
All payments must be made to the correct legal entity:
- USA clients → Decyb Technology LLC
- Indian/APAC clients → Decyb Technology LLP
- Custom agreements specify the billing entity
Payments once made are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment:
- You receive complete ownership of the final deliverables
- We retain ownership of internal tools, frameworks, or components unless explicitly transferred in writing
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Server or hosting failures
- Third-party API issues
- Delays caused by client inactivity
- Data loss due to external providers
- Force majeure events
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
7. Governing Law
- If your agreement is with Decyb Technology LLC, California law applies
- If your agreement is with Decyb Technology LLP, Indian law applies
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
